of the market and our customers, effective April’ 1st. 2006, BCCUSA decided to offer full independence to its Norwood,
MA and Monmouth Junction, NJ cost center operations.

Hence BCCUSA, Inc consolidating its Norwood, MA and South Portlad, ME operations into BCCUSA-MA, Inc.
The Management of these two operations remain the same; but no longer obligated to each center.
