The client organization is in the business of manufacturing aluminum products. The company receives hundreds of invoices from several suppliers from across the globe. All these invoices were manually received and entered in to legacy systems. The manual process was very inefficient and lacked visibility to management.

BCC Consultants developed and deployed Oracle Applications modules - GL, AP and AR.

• A scanning solution was implemented to digitize all invoices. This established an efficient transaction work-flow.


• Based on the results of GAP analysis, recommendations were made to the client for implementing Oracle eBusiness suite.


• Configured Oracle modules and provided training to end users and super users of the client.
