Our Client was using several legacy systems to run billing, payments, contracts, and leasing operations. These legacy applications were out dated and were not able to provide timely information for organizational decision making. In addition, legacy systems were not integrated leading to significant manual work. Our client had over 12000 shops globally and integrated ERP solution became a necessity.

BCC consultants led the implementation teams on this project. As an implementation partner we conducted requirements gathering sessions and identified gaps between the business processes and Oracle functionality. The requirements were documented using Oracle AIM methodology, and custom extensions and interfaces were developed as needed. We demonstrated Oracle functionality by conducting CRP sessions, and provided necessary initial training to all business users and super users. Our consultants were also an integral part of technical and functional testing of new modules. By using our linear proprietary methodology, we have standardized major business processes and activities which resulted in faster implementation times with little disruption to business operations.
